We built our own
Mirror is the platform we designed and built to run this company. It handles our CRM, time tracking, resource allocation, client profiles and billing in one place.
It also includes Mirror Intelligence, which takes our meeting recordings and turns them into structured records automatically. Instead of someone writing up notes after every client call, the conversation becomes summaries, action items and updated records on its own.
We didn't buy that. We built it, and we use it every day.
